For meeting registrations, a list of attendee names, titles, institutions and addresses is made available to meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors; no other information is shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to conduct relevant business or as required by law
For e-mail correspondence not collected via online services on our website, we routinely use the return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive.
