The charge for participation is $1600 per institutional representative. Another $800 will be charged per additional institutional representative. The participation fee includes in country transportation starting on Monday, Nov 18 and ending on Friday, November 22 at the conclusion of the site visits. It also includes four lunches and two receptions. Participants are responsible for their flights, hotel accommodations, and meals other than those noted. The International Network will provide flight and hotel information so that participants can make timely bookings enabling the group to travel together.
Instructions on the $1600 payment process will be forthcoming. The $1600 will not be refundable; however, if an institution cancels but is able to find a replacement, then an adjustment will be made. All payments must be made by September 9, 2013. Failure to recruit 15 institutions will result in cancellation of the trip and institutions will be refunded. All arrangements for the trip will be finalized by September 9, 2013 so that participants may confirm their airline and hotel reservations in a timely manner.
